For those thinking to work with Fred, have in mind that despite his claim, there was quite a bit of unhappy customers with DLS Dubai. The business model was for Fred to allocate his time on a lot of "marketing/advertising posts" on the forum while not being available to most of his customers once onboarded. It was not a dishonnest business, a standard basic stucture was provided as advertised (however with some critical omission about the audit I remember, where the strucure was advertised as "no audit"...which was true until you wanted to close your company, and then you discover that audit was mandatory to close the company).
The Dubai business was a chain production of a standard package that would not fit all companies. Shortcuts were made for their simplicity, and later your complication. You should also beware of what is told to the bank in your name to get the account open.
Aside of side, the man is obviously very knowledgeable, creative and a good salesman. Just do not make the mistake to expect any tailored solution to your needs, at least not in private. You might have a better chance asking publicly on the forum.
