Good service as far as USD fiat is concerned, never had any issue with moving USDT to USD in the USA.
A different story with EUR, since they use LHV as correspondent bank.
Once again I encountered a problem when moving EUR out of it (see my previous experience when receiving Eur here: https://johnnydoe.is/threads/xapo-b...-share-your-experiences-now.37752/post-276678)
This time I wanted to move a small amount to another account in the EU in my own name. LHV kept the money frozen for nearly 4 weeks 😱
I tend to believe what they told me:

I wanted to let you know that we are still waiting for the corresponding bank update.

We understand there might be some concern about the transfer's status, and we want to assure you that Xapo is not holding the transfer. The request for further information or review is coming directly from the correspondent bank involved in the transfer.

The European Commission has updated its list of high‑risk jurisdictions presenting strategic deficiencies in their national anti‑money laundering and countering the financing of terrorism (AML/CFT) regimes. EU entities covered by the AML framework are required to apply enhanced vigilance in transactions involving these countries. This is important to protect the EU financial system.

A number of third‑country jurisdictions were added to the list (Algeria, Angola, Côte d’Ivoire, Kenya, Laos, Lebanon, Monaco, Namibia, Nepal and Venezuela), while other jurisdictions were delisted (Barbados, Gibraltar, Jamaica, Panama, the Philippines, Senegal, Uganda, and the United Arab Emirates).
