Wyoming LLC darks setup for outside US?

Wyoming LLC's have caught my attention recently. Is it possible to use a darks set up with this if you're outside the US?

Say for example to run an online ecommerce store selling 'collectibles' which are tax exempt apparently. Use the Wyoming LLC to open EMI's/banks and card processing in Europe?

Initially I assumed one wouldn't need to go dark with a Wyoming LLC and could just use a nominee but if the EMI's etc need to know the UBO then...

I don't see why not. Also, if you accept the risks you could also use darks for opening accounts in the US. (I am not advising to do so)

It's possible, sure and with remote account opening that could be interesting. But I think it's better stay out of the US system as much as possible to be honest with regards to moving money around, especially with the current regime. But having a US based LLC should be quite attractive when applying for accounts around the world, at least in theory.

I agree, but it's much easier to open an account in the US for a US LLC (Mercury, Brex, Novel etc)

Would definitely have to be done with darks then. Having your own name attached to any form of banking in the US seems risky to me.

it's risky and it is to avoid, but doing this in the US with darks alone, I don't know!

It's well possible to setup company and bank account with real darks if you are using EMI's like Mercury bank and similar. Have been working this out a few times already.
