Im open to it as I have one no longer being rented ( i would prefer to rent or sel in bulk, but feel free to offer a purchase price), I also have a few other VCC creation accounts. Id only ask what you were using it for, how many cards etc to know that the account wont get suspended. I could also set up new privacy accounts however.
