Would Stripe tolerate %2 Charback if We're leaving more than enough money in the account to cover those disputes?

But you will of course loose if its an fraud case (except refunding fraud) but its just entirely depends on the bank

Would definitely recommend to start using CB alerts , Stripe would tolerate usually around 0.1-0.5% normally.
