Working remote for a company in Malta

I got offered a remote work position with a casino that has their HQ in Malta as their Paid Advertising Director ( I do high level competitive PPC for agencies ).

I'm not looking for career advice, but if it were you that could take this position on.. is there something you would do to set yourself to visit Malta and set up bank accounts/companies in person?

This is a very high level question, but if I take the gig I get to fly in and write if off as a biz expense and I might as well somehow take advantage of it when it comes to offshore stuff.

What would you do if you got to visit Malta in regards to offshoring if you had the chance?

I would setup a offshore company for instant in Belize for anonymity reasons and open an EMI account. Ask the Casino to pay me to this setup so I avoid to pay any tax or be liable for any other unknown subjects.
