Wise wants non Russian ID to maintain business account

I managed to convince Wisе to change my address to Cyprus using utility bill but despite that they promised to keep my business account active, they suspended it and now saying that

Unfortunately we don't accept documents issued in Russia for identity verification.

To complete your account verification, please provide a good quality scan or a photo copy of one of the following documents (both sides of the document in case it's a card):

• Passport from third country
• Driving license from third country
• Permanent residency card/Work visa
• Copy of naturalization or citizenship certificate
• Student or other visa valid for more than 6 month

Can I buy some driving license and send it to them? This is getting ridiqulous.

on the scale 1 to 10 what is the Wise's KYC? 1 being a Photoshopped⁠ BS ID and 10 being a check against live ID databases

PMd now.
Live ID databases that are accessible by private institutions do not exist. Wise probably is around a 7 on the scale. You always need to have physical documents that you can show live when dealing with financial institutions.
