No, should work for all accounts. In fact, they try to make you use the UK IBANs and accounts (whether for domestic or for SWIFT) as it is the only entity in the Wise group that processes its own multi-currency SWIFT clearing.
This is not correct (unless something has changed as Sols said),︀ you can get UK local clearing on GBP with Wise from a majority of countries,︁ have last used it with an EU Wise a few months ago though I am︂ not a big fan of the company.
