if someone uses cryptocurrency to convert stolen money, what are the possibilities that the stolen money just couldnt wind up back in the united states or canada i.e. first world nations then? what would keep cryptocurrencies from allowing this to happen? what would keep stolen money once it was fiat via cryptocurrency from banks in bangladesh, brazil, argentina, ect......... winding up in the u.s. or canada??? could hackers once converted the stolen money to fiat via monero redirect the stolen money to the u.s. or canada if they wanted to or not? what would keep them from doing so???
