Will I have to charge VAT if I own a offshore company not in EU?

I need to know if I have to charge my customers VAT if they are in Europe but my company is Offshore say, Belize, Seychelles, Panama etc?


The trick would be to be cheaper than my competition 😉

Non EU companies can't charge any VAT it is only if you invoice a company‌ / customer from the EU and from a EU company that you have to charge‍ VAT!
