Will Cyprus still be safe if we get another financial new crisis?

So will Cyprus be safe if we get a new financial crisis? What will happen if I incorporate a company in Cyprus there, how about the banks in Cyprus are they OK?


I read Cyprus got down grated by Standard & Poors ?
