Who Started Off the Anonymous Everything?

The objective of offering "Anonymous" bank account and Debit Card is obvious that it's to "mislead" the poor consumer.


I know, while the majority here on COF are against the idea, so I am, there is also a significant number of Offshore Incorporation providers who are strongly in favour of it.


But I'm just curious to know who started to offer "Anonymous" everything?
