Mauritius Company


Seychelles Company


Panama company

Honestly I strongly request my client not to go for Panama. They are not well seen with banks and other institution.


Mauritius, is the best option. With the strong Data Protection Act that the company has, you are sure that all your details are well kept. With regards to taxation, you pay 0 Tax 🙂

I thought Seychelles is good for simple IBC formation and Mauritius company formation for Merchant account needs?

Do you want to know the requirement for opening Merchant Account in Mauritius? If so, they will usually ask same KYC requirement and some more details regarding your websites and employees dealing with the payment.
