Which EMI offers real debit cards besides Wise/Transferwise?

headline says it all, I would like to know which EMI supports company from Switzerland and offers a real debit card (no prepaid card).

Yes, they would support it and you should be able to receive a debit card‌ to a Swiss address.

Paysera should work, they are pretty flexible and send debit cards
