Can you give me details on which countries allow non-residents (tourists) to open a bank account? I am a Pakistani national.

I need one to accept PayPal payments. PP is not available in my country. I have 2checkout.

You can always try with one of the Cyprus banks. They are open for foreigners‌ as well as offshore companies again. Just have a clear business description ready so they‍ can understand why you want to open a bank account in their bank!
