Which CEX has lowest fees on fiat deposits/usdt purchase.

As the title says.
I was depositing eur (via sepa) on Mexc successfully with almost no fees, but they charge around 1% now (no matter the sum).

What are other CEX to depost fiat/buy usdt with no fees or for a few bucks?

Telegram is also offering usdt purchases at 0%, but the no fee threshold is only 500$.

Kraken and bybit should be fine, binance too, it depends on the volumes though

you can save on fees if you subscribe to Kraken+ (up to $10k/month voume)

Kraken pro is significantly different compared to kraken when it comes to fees, i dont understand the need for "not pro" kraken, which one do you mean?

Non pro kraken is for random small exchanges, and for those who don't understand trading.
Kraken+ is a half way between pro: you still get the easy quick exchange interface with no fees up to $10k.
Kraken OTC is for non trivial amounts and if you don't want to spend your day playing with the book.
