Turkish citizen, Turkey resident. Where to form a company with guaranteed bank account?

I intend to do international trade. Currently, I have an HK company with an account‌ at CIM bank. CIM bank have informed me that they had some changes in policy‍ and that I either should have: residency in HK or office and employees in HK⁠ to keep the account, otherwise, they will close it. Now I am looking what to⁤ do.
Area of business is mainly supplying equipment, materials, parts of general items.
