Hello,

I am trying to figure out what countries have a TIEA or any other tax-related agreement with France or Canada. (I'm trying to determine what country to incorporate in and where to open the corporate bank account for the company, and I need to select a country that has no agreements with France and/or Canada.)

I've found some old lists, but they don't seem to be updated with latest info.

Thanks.

Check the websites of the relevant authorities; usually the department of finance, department of foreign relations, or central bank.

OECD also runs a website listing tax agreements. It's reasonable up-to-date: Exchange of Information Portal
