Where to file the Annual Audited Accounts in Cyprus?

It is global financial accounting system that all annual accounts of business houses are audited and later on submitted before the appropriate authorities every year. My question is ,"Where to file the Annual Audited Accounts in Cyprus"?

The Annual Audited Accounts of companies in Cyprus are to be filed in triplicate before‌ three authorities. They are

The Registrar of Cyprus Companies.

The Central Bank of Cyprus.

The Income Tax authorities of Cyprus.

It can be filed in English but also need to have a greek version.

Was always thinking that they have to be in Greek only and you can't use‌ any English version of it 😕

You need them to be in Greek and English language otherwise it won't work. Your‌ agent willwork this out for you.
