Where can I open a bank account for a local dominican company except of Paxum Bank, the company was converted from IBC to a local company with 24% tax payment obligation for their profit.

If you are referring to Dominica⁠ and not Dominican republic, you can try 3S Money or Currenxie.

yes I ment Dominica=Commonwealth of Dominica, this is the same, so the company doesnt⁠ reside in Dominican Republik

Wise declined the account opening they are don't interested for that i would pay 24%‍ tax as local company, if there is in Dominica they don't open the account.
