Where are we going to regsiter a company for real store offshore?

I was wondering if a real store that we are going to open in the Netherlands can be owned by a offshore company? How would we go about it to benefit from no tax heavens?

It's going to be difficult, you need to carefully do some tax planning together with‌ a Dutch tax consultants.

So you don't believe it is possible? I think a Cyprus company could help us‌ reduce the tax somehow?

Well, I don't say it is not possible I say it is advisable that you‌ consult a local tax adviser to help you. Also I say that I believe that‍ a Cyprus, Malta or even UK company may help you reduce the tax but not⁠ eliminate it!
