I was wondering if a real store that we are going to open in the Netherlands can be owned by a offshore company? How would we go about it to benefit from no tax heavens?

Well, I don't say it is not possible I say it is advisable that you consult a local tax adviser to help you. Also I say that I believe that a Cyprus, Malta or even UK company may help you reduce the tax but not eliminate it!
