What are the exact steps when registering a company in Cyprus? I got confused about all this and it looks to me that no one has pointed out all the steps, I cant find the threads at least.

When you enter into the cyprus company Formation you will receive an application which also will list the requirements.
However, below I made a quick list for your reference:
Basic Requirements:
Utility Bill (phone or electricity bill) need to be in English and not older then 3 months.
Copy of your Passport or other gorvernment issued photo ID
Above should be submitted together with your application to the agency which is going to incorporate your Cyprus company.
Only if you need a bank account for instant in Cyprus there are some additional requirements which also are outlined in the application as well.
Above applies at least for the offshore company formation with CCLOGIC.COM!

Very well explained by Fila 1 , at the time of registering a company in Cyprus the following points are also have importance like everyone can register a Cyprus Company, it doesn't matter where you live or which country the beneficial owner comes from.
