whats the difference between a belize IBC and an LLC

dose the LLC have better legal protection then the IBC?

IBC = International Business Company most often the term used in regards to offshore companies‌ setup for instant in Belize, Seychelles, St. Kitts etc.

The legal question in this I‍ can't answer but for sure it's much more difficult to access information and assets in⁠ a IBC compared to a local LLC, Ltd etc.

If you are going for a company in Dominica you may be good in regards‌ to protection.
