whats the difference between a belize IBC and an LLC

dose the LLC have better legal protection then the IBC?

IBC = International Business Company most often the term used in regards to offshore companies setup for instant in Belize, Seychelles, St. Kitts etc.

The legal question in this I can't answer but for sure it's much more difficult to access information and assets in a IBC compared to a local LLC, Ltd etc.

same same.. Belize and Seychelles have the status of a IBC unless you do business locally.
