Hello I've been reading and researching as much as I can, I even bought a few books on the subject. But no clear answers would prefer experiences. I'm looking for advice on the best structure to hold UK property and land which would minimize tax and also protect the assets from the courts. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks.
