What's going on in Cyprus?

I was considering visiting Cyprus this summer.. Still thinking about transferring my residency next year. I've noticed however they require 2 PCR tests, 1 before the flight and 1 after the flight, self quarantine when you arrive, and it seems that in order to go out there, you need to be whether vaccinated, or do the pcr test every 3 days.

End of freedom for Cyprus? Anyone there to tell us his opinion?

exact same thing where I live. Must be some sort of EU⁢ thing!

For passengers arriving from many countries the UAE has similar rules, like‍ many Caribbeans. Nothing to do with the EU
