What's best non resident company in Cyrpus or Seychelles IBC?

From a tax point of views is it better to have a non resident company in Cyprus or a Seychelles IBC, I'm into Internet business as usual, so nothing special.

It depends very much on the activity of the company and what it actually is‌ you want to achieve 🙂 !

Since it is Internet business we will require some sort of payment processing for our‌ business. I read that 2co and moneybookers can solve this issue for a Seychelles company?‍

Well if you think that 2co, Moneybookers, AlertPay and similar services are sufficient then I‌ would defiantly suggest you a Seychelles corp. since it is cheaper and faster to form.‍

If you neeed a merchant account or other credit card processing a non resident Cyprus‌ company may be better otherwise if you are fine with moneybookers or 2co a Seychelles‍ company is great. The answer depends on the goal to be tax freedom thumbups
