What will be the best country for offshore banking for me ?

I am from Bangladesh.Recently i have been going to Canada for higher study.But the Canada student visa does not support freelancing work or any sort of self employment work.But I am doing business online & also earn money from internet.But i can get the money in Canada because it will create problem in my visa.So i need to open an offshore bank account in any other country so that i keep that money there & can use it later in future.
So,please suggest me a good country for offshore banking

It's almost like $5000 or even more. Don't have any accurate amount. Depend‌ on work time. I also need to pay for different payments. So I need an‍ account with a debit card.
( Sometimes I get $10000 in a month if I⁠ work hard that month.
