What Visa or MasterCard can I use to verify my PayPal account?

I heard it is not possible with all Visa and MasterCards to verify my PayPal account. So I was wondering, can you tell me what Visa or MasterCard do I need to get this done?

Can we do that with some of the cards we get from the digital currency accounts?

What about Neteller card can it be used to verify the account?

Furthermore if I don't want to use my name and address how can I hide it from the customers I sell my stuff to if I don't want to open a business PayPal account?

It is possible with the cards from many of the digital currency companies. Like EntroPay, Xapo and many others. Neteller is as far as I remember blocked by PayPal for this purpose!

You can do with Xapo and Advance Cash I know that!
