What should I get? In the middle of setting up a company.

I spoke to an agent about opening a Belize company. They have put together a package that contains this.

- Company registered
- Fees paid
- registered office
- Agent Service
- Nominee Director
- Nominee Shareholder
- Power of Attorney
- Declaration of trust

I am posting this because I am not sure of the last 2 options. Few weeks back I have read here that granting power of attorney is a no no or maybe my memory is not as good as it used to be. Better to keep the last 2 options or get rid of them and why?

both of‌ them are required when they provide nominees! The power of attorney is for you, not‍ for them!

I agree with @RayDiamond94 if you need to sign contracts or do anything on behalf‌ of the Company you need both otherwise it's not legal!
