I need to know what the requirements are to incorporate a Panama company?


What are the costs we are looking at and which documents will I need to provide? Will I need to visit Panama to open a company there?

You need three directors and at least one shareholder. The directors can be natural persons or legal entities, or a combination thereof.


Other than that, it's quite simple to start a company. Exact documents requested will depend on the CSP or law firm you choose. I recommend going with a local law firm. Costs are around $1,500 to $2,000 for start-up and around $1,000 for annual fees.
