Indeed the Seychelles is one of the fastest offshore jurisdictions in regards of the incorporation of a new company i.e. max 3 business days most time it takes only 1 day for the company to be duly incorporated.
I read somewhere that a Seychelles company can be registered within 1 hour that's pretty amazing if it is true...
