I assume that the use of darks is illegal and can be legally punished. Somewhere on the forum I came across the following terms: 'real darks' and 'fake darks'. What is the difference?
Well, it can be legally punished true, however, it wont' So far I have never seen a single case where this happened. It is required to use your brain when using darks and it is required that you consider and plan where to open accounts or whatever you have in your mind to do with the darks.
Some people are just using these documents without to think about what they are doing and they face problems, most often they siomply get rejected or can't get anything approved because they fail to do things right. But that said, I have not heard anyone that got legal troubles.

Darks is the best way today to get something setup anonymous! The problem is that people may do things wrong and for that reason they are unable to setup anything without to fail.
I'm in the process to setup a Cyprus company with MT account. I found a simple way to get around the verification process with Mister Tango and Revolut! Actually it may still be risky but then again not at all compared to have owned a offshore company and bank account for years just to end up as many do now to get reported.
I can always explain myself by saing that my picture has been misused! I'm still looking on the deep web for this APP that some here on the forum are talking about.
