You can use the following cards:
AdvanceCash Card - Mastercard
Xapo - Visa Card
EntroPay - Visa Card
LeuPay - Visa card
and there are even more. I don't have a complete list but above should get you started at least. None of the cards are free but they only costs 10 - 30€ to activate and receive the card.
EntroPay issue Virtual Cards so you don't have to wait for the card to arrive in your postal mail.
