What are the fees for maintaining an offshore bank acount

We all know that there are certain fees for maintaining a bank account no matter if it is offshore or onshore bank account. But are the fees for maintaining an offshore bank account higher than usual?

For instant in Cyprus, Mauritius and St. Vincent we have seen the fees to be way higher compared to our local bank in the UK and Germany. However, the privacy protection in such offshore jurisdiction is much better than onshore jurisdictions.

Mostly, banks depend the maintenance fees on the accounts that you are about to create. If you get more benefits from it, then, they will ask for higher fees, and vice versa. It is just a matter of what are you willing to compromise.
