That looks like pretty normal pricing for UK companies if all you need is a company and a helpful push with an application. The service provider often gets a kickback or recurring commission from the bank/EMI that they refer the client to, so they usually earn more than 175 EUR revenue per sale.

It's a pretty good, mutually beneficial business model. One thing to look out for is that they recommend a bank that's actually a good fit for your business. But that's also in the service provider's best interest, to ensure they have recurring revenue.

UK LTD + Bank account for only 175€ - can it be true?

For me it sounds like a to good offer to be true otherwise a formation of UK LTD is only £1 so why not?

As @Sols has mentioned, this is something in the very standard way of UK registered agents offering customers additional value, while making some easy commissions without too much effort.

Let's take Wise affiliate program as an example of what WeForm may offer (have no actual idea of which provider they use, but Wise seems as a quite logical choice for UK non-resident to go for account opening): they pay a minimum of 50 GBP for qualifying client acquired. Takes potential revenue up to 230 EUR (or +35%).
