Webhosting Company Question

If a webhosting company want to register an OffShore Company, should they place their server at the Offshore Company location or not? Please share about this. Thank you.

You won't need to have the hosting location where your business is incorporated, for instant you would without any problems be able to have the hosting center (rent space there) in the USA and have the business conducted from for instant Cyprus or the Seychelles. This is how many SEMs are doing it.
