I do not thrill with the user interface.One day I received a message to 'claim' my funds for an item I recently sold. The page specified in the link was confusing to a new user. No 'claim' button, no 'claim' link. I ended up denying the buyer's payment. The web site should contain the same keywords as are specified in the email notifications that are sent. Then I expect a more intuitive UI than what I have seen so far. In attempting to 'claim' the money, I clicked on 'request money'. Where is the CANCEL button?
