Ways to pay myself a monthly salary with funds without source?

Let's assume that I was able to accumulate a comfortable sum of cryptocurrencies over the years. Also let's assume the source of the funds might be critical but I've reached a point where I'd like to turn them into fiat on my banking account. As there's too much risk involved to cash out all at once I'd rather find a way to pay myself about 10.000 - 20.000 EUR on a monthly basis. Even tho I'd also settle for a good idea which would net me 5.000 EUR/month if the process is not too time consuming.

Some additional information:

• Born and living in germany
• Fully relocating is rather unlikely
• I don't care about paying taxes (reducing them would be a later step)

One idea was to buy higher priced ingame items and simply resell them. This way it's hard to proof that I did not obtain those items by myself but the overall process is rather time consuming and prone to human errors.

Another option is to build an online service which offers crypto related services which is can only be paid in cryptocurrency. While it would be no problem for me to bring up such a website and service I am not exactly sure how authentic the payments would look like which might turn into a problem later on.

Also an option is to simply find a person who will accept cryptocurrencies for B2B wire transfers which I can legally invoice. Downside on this method is that I havbe to trust my partner.

So far I am honestly quite a bit lost on where and how to start this process. Is anybody experience which this kind of process or does know people who might have some knowledge to share?

Actually, yes. In fact since I posted my original question I became a UAE resident and general manager of a FZCO company. Thanks to Fred and his team.

What's still missing and currently in process is the business banking account and setting up a payment gateway to process the crypto funds in a way which will not cause questions. Once this is done you'd be able to convert your crypto to fiat without much trouble.

If you're willing and able to stay in Dubai that it would make things even easier as you would not need to care about building substance in case your home country wants taxes on these funds.
