Anyway, I am looking for an experienced security expert (or hacker/cracker), experienced in vmprotect unpacking to do a business together with a very highly paid job.

Are you looking to develop a generic VMP unpacker or do you have a specific binary you need to unpack? It would also help to know if it's just packed or virtualized as well.
