I have just used visa card payment with VPN.. dont know what you are talking about.

VPN's been a big help for me and my money generating apps for android and iOS. I just don't know why would they block something like this.

Sometimes, VPN is used in illegal access or illegal activities that's why it was blocked. I think that's the reason
