USVI exempt companies

My registrator advised me this jurisdiction as replacement for one of those recently emplemented 30% tax in the nearest future.
My company sells some services connected with intellectual property to end internet users globally with some amount of US users of course.
It's hard to be completely sure on Effectively Connected Income Rules but so far it's not looking like income from sources within United States.

There are no thread about this jurisdiction on this forum yet. What hidden problems could come after?

So he told you to setup a US Virgin Islands company, that's good. Where are‌ you located by the way?

Where is your business setup today?

Dominica company, bank accounts closed , only EMIs are in use.

For example, Stern Bank.

Some smaller banks usually see what you do instead of where‍ are you located.
