USA Partner Needed

I hope this message finds you very well.

As the title explains I am searching for a USA partner.
Objective: finding a person that currently owns or could create a set of personal accounts on Stripe US, Authorize.net, Wepay, ecc...
The pourpose is to daily process US credit cards, substantial amounts, around 20.000$.
Available cut: 50% of the amount processed.

If anyone, who is a US taxable person will have a personal account in Stripe - it can be as a sole proprietor only. The same Authorize.net...
Whereas there will be no costs to deduct, it will be their personal income. It does not make any sense to pay 40 % to IRS, 50 % to you and earn 10 % on it in real. If you offer transaction for 10,000,000 USD, it can be considered. But no one in the USA will accept risk of such transaction for a few bucks..

So did you guys find someone to set this up? I have been looking for a valid resource that is able to setup Stripe accounts?
