USA Card Virtual Terminal - High Risk Business

I am liking this forum. I am very excited so shooting a question to all the experts to find out something I might have missed out.

Is there a way for me to get a VIRTUAL TERMINAL in an offshore location for processing high risk items. High risk items are pharma, adult, gambling etc. I am talking about MOTO gateway payment systems that can process USA visa and mastercard.

My client on this project is only bothered about collecting cash. Tax is not a concern at the moment. But the terminal being terminated sure is.

Processing high risk business with Virtual terminal is risky, so the PSP will reject your application most often or they will keep your money for a long time before they pay!
