US SEC/Federal law prohibits USA Ownership of many Offshore Financial Instruments,like offshore Mutual Funds and other Offshore holdings.What channels or techniks (like Shell Company),legally provide for or normally used to circumvent legal issues,hence indirectly & legally hold Funds offshore by USA principals.Will appreciate wisdom on the basis of the Federal Act prohibitting such USA ownership holdings.
