US Nominee, not blacklisted, not registered as nominee of 100+ companies

Hello,

I've looked around the Mentor Group Gold, but I can't find the right solution to my problem.

I need a Nominee for a US LLC. Among other things, he will need to:

- Sign a statement of authority to be filed with the relevant State Register, to make his position official towards third parties
- Sign contracts and settlements
- Sign POAs to lawyers

Some of the documents will need to be notarized by a US Notary (online notarization is OK) and apostilled.

The ideal person is a US citizen, or at the very least a US resident.

Ready to discuss the price of services and the annual fee.

I appreciate any suggestion.
