UK non resident Cy formation for Panama resident

I am a resident of Panama and wish to set up a UK non resident Cy. 1st Formations informed me that they are unable to set up a non resident UK Cy with my Panama residency , due to some regulations. I assume that it will be the same with all the other formations Cies. (Although Panama was removed from the grey list 10/24). Anybody on this forum that had a similar problem ??

1st formation is very picky about this things, I had the same trouble with them‌ about another jurisdiction. There are other agents in the UK who won’t make a trouble‍ out of it.
