UK Ltd with darks, payment and other issues

Hi guys,

So I got a set of darks and am trying to open a UK Ltd, so far here is where I am getting stuck...

Bought a virtual VISA from Ezzocard, it worked to buy the phone number from Hushed, but when I try registering the company with both Rapid Formations and Mint Formations (which seem to be the same thing) I am getting the message: "Payment Declined - Unspecified error", so I cannot proceed. I also bought a card from SwiftPayCard which is also in the Mentor Group resources, but their support is very slow, it's been almost a day and I haven't received the card yet.

Does anybody know a VCC provider that works with Rapid Formations or Mint Formations? Or any other formation website that you can recommend?

Then I am also uncertain about:
- in order to open PayPal or any merchant accounts with this darks setup, will I need UK VAT number? Will I also need the actual printed company documents or are the digital ones fine?
- is Hushed (SIM cards/phone numbers) safe? Seems you must download it from GooglePlay and use it on your phone... I would rather have a web browser-based solution, so if you know any other provider please recommend.

AdvCash card will work, if you succeed to open an account with them, you will have a anonymous exchange, visa debit card and EMI account.

Here mentioned advcash vcc is blocked at lots of merchants.

You can use hushed on an android emulator and tunnel the emulator through a proxy or you use a web based solution like blacktel or proovl.

Rapid and Mint preform a credit check to see if you are a resident at your home address it will fail.

vcc.is does not work with the processor used by most UK company formation services.

why would you need that?

There are more options for you, open an account with some of the crypto exchanges that offer a debit card, use your darks there, is well doable, also with some of the bigger services!

Or you buy a card from @AlexPCS (I really hope I soon get some commission from you to promote your business!) and order your company with that card.

Done deal, pretty easy!

this can work very well!

You can also have a look at some of the more mainstream EMI's like paysera, wise and intergiro - have worked for me the last few months. Once you have setup the first you use this setup to create new.

To setup a UK Ltd with darks is easy.. looks like they don't change that the next long time at least.

Alot of good suggestions here. I have been using AdvCash for some years with darks, no issues ever.

The UK Ltd I got from another forum member around here, based on darks but is doing accounting and tax filing each year, no one ask questions.
