UK LLP formation: -> me and my UK Ltd

I have a UK LTD and now I want also to create an LLP where‌ one member will be me and the other my LTD. Is the process straightforward as‍ forming an LTD? Are there any things to pay attention to?

Should I split "significant⁠ control", if this exists for LLP at all, between myself and my LTD 50/50%? Or⁤ how would it be better?

25% for each shareholder to hide them from any public register. That's how it is‌ written in other threads at least!

Where would 2 get‍ two other shareholders? But there're only myself and my UK Ltd.
