UK company acquisition question

Hi all,

I've recently setup an holding company in Madeira and now I need to‌ acquire an existing UK Ltd company.
This's just an aged company with no assets.

The intention is to use my holding company to own 100% of its shares.
I just‍ need to know how moving forward with this acquisition.

Will we need an UK notary⁠ to transfer the UK company in my name ?
This company is owned by a⁤ foreigner who's the sole shareholder and has no real experience with the UK jurisdiction/rules.

usually no. You want to contact some of the hundred‍ of services on the Google search. Or you search this forum which has lots of⁠ threads with providers able to do it.

there is also @James Turner who is doing⁤ UK and located in the UK that can assist.

I'll do a Google search and maybe take into‌ consideration James Turner for my company acquisition.
I'll do this as soon as the other‍ party will be ready to move forward with ownership transfer..
